The Milwaukee Monarchs are southeastern Wisconsin's first and only women’s professional ultimate team. We are eager to step up to raise the visibility of our sport and the dedicated players who contribute to our community. Leaders and partners of the Milwaukee Monarchs have long been focused on growing the sport with an emphasis on creating opportunities for and raising the profiles of women, girls, and players of diverse identities in Wisconsin and the broader Midwest.

We are passionate about the opportunity to give a platform to women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid people and to continue the work to transform the narrative on women’s sports as part of the Premier Ultimate League. We are committed to being change leaders in the sport and in the community, and we look forward to embodying the values of the PUL as it continues to spread its wings.
