Minnesota Strike is the first professional ultimate team for women and gender-expansive players in Minnesota. We also attract players from the surrounding region and beyond, including Wisconsin, Iowa, and Kansas. Strike joined the PUL in 2020 and took the field for the first time in 2022.

Our mission is to promote visibility, equity, and community. We strive to embody these core values by showcasing and elevating ultimate players with marginalized identities, building community partnerships that create opportunities for girls and youth of color, and removing barriers to participation in the ultimate community. We strive to inspire and empower our community to embrace future generations and possibilities through ultimate.
