Statement: PUL Supports Calls for Immediate Ceasefire
The PUL supports the calls for an immediate ceasefire to end the horrific violence and humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
The PUL values humanity and recognizes the rights of all people. This league remains aligned with movements against oppression. As such, we support calls for an immediate ceasefire to end the horrific violence and humanitarian crisis in Gaza that has claimed over 31,000 Palestinian lives since October. We also call for the release of hostages and unequivocally condemn all acts of antisemitism.To this end, and in response to cries for support from Ultimate Palestine, the PUL has signed the open letter to the World Flying Disc Federation Board of Directors calling for them to join in “active advocacy for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza and the provision of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza.”The PUL encourages our community and fans to engage in conversation around this issue and to take action.
